What is the difference between the Team and Professional plans?

Professional is for solo use (1 user, no collaborators). Team is for internal teams that need to collaborate with clients and partners: it includes multiple users (same-company) and unlimited external collaborators, plus additional collaboration and governance features.

What’s the difference between a User and a Collaborator?

A User is a teammate on your verified business domain and counts as a billed seat on Team/Business. A Collaborator is an external guest (outside your domain) invited to specific sites; collaborators can view/comment/upload if allowed, but cannot manage users, billing, or workspace settings.

Do collaborators cost money or count toward my user limit?

Collaborators do not count toward your billed user seats. On Free, you can invite up to 5 collaborators. On paid plans, collaborators are unlimited, with policy controls for watermarking, downloads, and link/session expiry.

AI Credits meter usage for our hosted models across Private Data AI Chat and AI Workflows. One credit roughly equals one token (input or output). We may use additional tokens behind the scenes for context and quality, so credits consumed can exceed the visible tokens in your prompt or output. You can purchase additional credits at any time. BYO-AI via MCP is not billed by us.
